OUR WEEKLY CLASSES
Each class uses gentle yoga postures, breathing and relaxation to help ease some of the side effects of treatment and to give you tools you can take into everyday life.
Classes are kept small, so Vicky can get to know you and offer variations that suit your body on the day. There is no need to have done yoga before. You do not need to feel well to join a class.
TUESDAYS • 11:00 TO 12:00 • ZOOM
Yoga for Living with Cancer
For people currently living with cancer, including those in active treatment. A gentle, adaptable practice to help with the side effects of treatment and the day-to-day changes in your body.
WEDNESDAYS • 18:30 TO 19:30 • ZOOM
Yoga after Cancer
For people who have finished treatment. A practice to rebuild strength, energy and confidence as you move forward, with an evening time that fits around work.

MEET YOUR TEACHER
Vicky is a London-based yoga teacher who has been teaching since 2008. Alongside open level classes, she specialises in yoga for cancer, addressing the side effects of treatment. She sees every day how yoga can help people affected by cancer feel empowered and in control at a time when much feels out of control.
She also sees the value of group classes in building a community that helps people feel less isolated. Vicky works with cancer charities across the UK, has contributed yoga programmes to the Oncio app, and since 2020 has trained other teachers to work safely with anyone living with cancer.
Her own practice changed after a back injury linked to Bertolotti syndrome left her in pain and with limited movement for months. It taught her to slow down, observe, and listen to her body, and that is what she brings to every class.
““Be kind. Be compassionate. Learn to listen to your body. An advanced practice is learning to do less, not more.””
